Adrian Rawlins was born in Melbourne on November 13, 1939. He died in Melbourne on September 12, 2001, as a result of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma... Although I became aware of Adrian Rawlins’ work and reputation quite soon after arriving in Australia in 1960... it was not until the late ‘90s that I really got to know him well...
